I loved this book. One question though: Where are all the Williams? What a prince he is! A man with tons of money who is handsome, sweet, and sensitive, too? Veronica was a bit neurotic but I still liked her character. She just never seemed to be on the same page as William, so I guess she couldn't believe he is all that he is either. As far as the editing goes, I noticed a few editing problems but they weren't as bad as some. The errors didn't detract from the story. And the story is such a feel good read! It makes you believe that dreams can come true. Loved it!Carole McKee, Author

I can't even believe how bad this book was...utterly ridiculous, unnecessary and completely unrealistic dialogue. A high schooler could have done a better job.
This book needs a good editor to pare down all of the redundant speaking. Everyone over explains themselves and it gets in the way of the story. I really wanted to like it but all the over talking made them very dull, nerdy type of people that I would hate to be around for too long. Sad
I think my biggest problem with the book was how much superfluous stuff was in it. The conversations seemed to go on to long and without anyone saying anything of importance. It reminded me of stuff I used to write when I was 11 or 12 years old. The relationship they had also bothered me, it felt like a teenage relationship with the kind of drama they had.
I paid for the book so I felt I had to finish it and even with the ending (don't worry I won't spoil it if you feel up to suffering through the whole thing) I was sorely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend reading this book.
I really liked this book. I liked William's character best. He is a well rounded character that is a good mixture of love, patience, passion, sensitivity but not perfect. He seems like the a man's man but is also isn't afraid to cry when he is sad about the possibility of losing Veronica. There were a few times I was thinking "OMG will the two of them just get together already" but I liked how they finally got together. Veronica is definitely not a perfect character but in the sense that she has her own faults which makes her perfect for the story. No one ever wants to read about characters who are perfect at everything.
I have read both books by Lacy Kinsley. She is an amazing writer. Her characters are real and have normal emotions they quarrel and make up, they cry when they are upset. This story has a very long and complex plot that leads to the happy ending. She really delivers the goods. I will be on the lookout for more books written by her.
I love this book! I bought it as a $.99 book and thought "why not?" BUT after reading it, I got the bargain of the century! This was an excellent book! I love these entertaining and easy reads and this book did not disappoint in any way. Strong characters, great plot and pacing.
I liked the title and what the story was about prompting me to purchase this book, however was disappointed. The story is quite silly as a successful Business Man wouldn't be so patient as this story depicts. I didn't like the romantic relationship between the two characters as I felt it was all over the place.
